Nisanjala Kumari

Nisanjala was brought to Samudra Sri Leadership Academy, CEI's home for children in need, since her mother left the family few months ago in order to get married to another man in her life. She loves to play Elle; it is a sport commonly played in Sri Lanka and is similar to baseball. Nisanjala is a persevering child who is obedient to her caregivers and elders; she is also a very friendly young girl, especially with the younger children at Samudra Sri. Her future ambition is to become a teacher and serve the orphans and under-privileged people in the rural areas of Sri Lanka.
